Deposits – Prior to booking your appointment, a deposit of 20% will be required. We understand that circumstances beyond your control can occur-preventing you from keeping an appointment, therefore, we allow a 48-hour cancellation window. Appointments that are cancelled after 48 hours of booking, unfortunately the deposit will be non-refundable. Payment Methods – We accept cash and all major credit cards.

Current Summer/Fall Schedule:

Fridays 6:00pm – 9:00pm

Saturdays: 9:00am – 6:00pm /occassionaly 7:30am-6:00pm for styles that take longer to install (Great day for “Protective Styling”)

Sunday Afternoons: 2:00pm – 7:00pm (occasionally Sunday morning until 7:00pm)

Schedule may change and include other week days and special occasions and events.

Group Services: available to provide mobile natural hair care services for groups of 3 or more (in the Richmond area up to 2 hours outside Richmond), and styles must be at least $100 and up to make it worth the travel and mileage expenses. College students in the Metro-Richmond, Wedding parties, Spa parties, Women groups, Teen groups, Seniors & those with disabilities are welcomed.

Group in towns of VA: Richmond, Fredricksburg, Lynchburg, Manassas, Hampton, Colonial Heights, Petersburg, Ashland, Short Pump, Chesterfield, Chester, Henrico, Hanover County, Goochland County, Charles City County, New Kent County, Mechanicsville, Shockoe Slip/Shockoe Bottom, Glen Allen, Williamsburg, and Virginia Beach.
